Every 11 minutes, someone in the United States dies by suicide. Most of them suffered in silence long before that moment.
Suicide Watch Global was created to change that. We believe healing begins with a conversation — and we are here to help start it. Our mission is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where individuals can speak openly about their struggles, access real support, and find a path forward.
We focus especially on children and young adults ages 10 to 25, because building self-love and emotional resilience early can be the difference between giving up and choosing to stay.
he left home at 16. A decade of survival followed — addiction, abuse, isolation, a psychotic breakdown. But she made a promise to herself. And she kept it.

But I made a promise…
If I ever made it,
I would come back for the little brown pennies.”
We are here for the person in the middle of the night who does not know who to call. For the parent who notices something has changed in their child. For the friend who does not know what to say. For the survivor who is still finding their way back.
We are also here for you if you are simply trying to understand yourself better, grow stronger, and build a life that feels like yours.
We envision a world where mental health is treated with the same urgency as physical health — where every person knows they have value, support, and a reason to stay.
A judgment-free community where you can share what you are really going through — without fear, shame, or stigma.
Join a network of advocates, volunteers, and supporters committed to saving lives — one conversation at a time.
Whether you are struggling yourself or supporting someone you love, we are here. Explore free resources, connect with our community, or reach out directly. You do not have to figure this out alone.
