Why We Exist
Because silence has never saved anyone.
Every 11 minutes, someone in the United States dies by suicide. Most of them suffered in silence long before that moment.
Suicide Watch Global was created to change that. We believe healing begins with a conversation — and we are here to help start it. Our mission is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where individuals can speak openly about their struggles, access real support, and find a path forward.
We focus especially on children and young adults ages 10 to 25, because building self-love and emotional resilience early can be the difference between giving up and choosing to stay.
